Lest we forget . . .

I couldn't help but share a photo of the main dish.  Trout in France is prepared very carefully and fresh from the waters.  We've been careful this time to warn our students that a trout without the head might be considered unfresh and unfit for human consumption.

It worked.  Even the non-fisheaters among us were ready today.
