Mona Lisa, NOT!

Leonardo da Vinci came to France in his twilight years to work for his friend and patron François Ier.  He brought with him a couple of small and fairly portable pieces he did back in Italy.  Madame Benoist explains to us today that this small piece, known to many as "Mona Lisa", is called by the French, and the French only, "La Joconde".   They say this lady is in need of major restoration to save her from decay.
