NARRATIVE
This model demonstrates that angular velocity of a rotating system is inversely proportional to the moment of inertia if the torque remains constant. The constant torque is due to a falling object, whose mass is negligible, attached over a pulley to a drum which drives the rotating masses located on the horizontal arms. The masses may be moved to change the radius of the rotating system.
