NARRATIVE
            Brass reeds of different length having different natural frequencies of vibration are attached to a frame which supports a heavy wheel. The wheel is not perfectly balanced so it vibrates while rotating. When the frequency of rotation matches that of one of the reeds, only that reed will vibrate. The Motor Tool Starter is used to rotate the wheel and the UV light source illuminates the fluorescent paint on the reed to enhance visibility.
