NARRATIVE
            Polarized Puffed Rice repels any close charges causing it to fly away. Plug the small Al pan into the top of the Van de Graaff generator. Cover the bottom with Puffed Rice. Turn on the generator and the kernels will "stand up" and fly away if the pan is not grounded and the humidity is low.

Does not work well in high humidity.
