NARRATIVE
        A laminated iron transformer core acts as a flux link between the primary and secondary coils with low eddy current heat loss.Place the secondary coil over the coil leg. Connect the lamp to the two innermost clips on the coil. Close the switch. The lamp will burn dimly. Bridge the code with iron bars by placing them one at a time across it. Notice the increased brightness of the lamp. Open the switch and replace the bars with the laminated section and the light will be brightest.
