Today we meet with Emmanuelle Rousseau and Claudy Mahot. We're primarily interested in and exchange where WVU students would pay our tuition and Angers students would pay theirs. Then either could study for a semester or a year at our respective universities. The details are complicated, but overall this exchange seems to have real possibilities.
