Our main entry is nourishing and will help us finish a long, demanding day on the road. This is "cannette mijott�e � l'orange et pommes rissoll�es", a variation of what you may know as "duck � l'orange". Of course, I would never eat either a cow or a duck. Thank goodness William the Conqueror showed us how to eat mutton (not a sheep), veal (not a calf), pork (not a pig), and so on... |
