Here's an unusual one from John Zimmerman. It's a little difficult to pin down the import of this one; there's no objectionable language as in some of the others, nor is there anything overtly violent about the image (except, of course, for the imminent threat of the F-16). This one seems to fall more into the xenophobic/racist camp, as it plays on the "Aladdin" stereotype of Arabs. This may also be a show of machismo in its pitting of U. S. firepower against the clearly "inferior" magic carpet. Still, this also provides another good example of the ambiguity of some kinds of e-lore; another recipient might interpret this image more as a barb toward the U. S. military.
