ESL 380 Studies in American Culture
BIB 365 Research/Bibliography
ENGL -- an American literature course
B. Students will choose 3 to 6 hours of Seminars in Appplied Linguistics, including but 
     not limited to:
LING 387 Psycholinguistics
LING 336 Discourse Analysis
LING 288 Socio-linguistics
LING 331 Applied Linguistics

 
C. Students will choose 6 to 9 hours in Advanced Topics in ESL, including but
     not limited to:
LANG 325 ESL Materials and Syllabus Design
LANG 392 Teaching Language through Literature
LANG 392 L2 Testing and Assessment
LANG 392 Teaching L2 Reading
LANG 392 Second Language Writing
LANG 392 ESL Practicum
D. Students will choose up to 6 hours of approved elective courses in related areas in
     consultation with an advisor.
