Between 1995 and 2000 there were 5,855 bias crime incidents reported via NIBRS. In these incidents there were 7,070 victims and 7,566 offenders. In addition to these counts, there were 3,330 incidents in which the offenders' ages are known, 4,874 incidents in which the victim is an individual person (i.e.,not a business or school etc.) and whose age is known, and 3,005 incidents in which the victim is an individual and both the victims' and offenders' ages are known.
