Appreciation of the Motion Picture. I, II. 3 hr. Evaluation of motion picture and television film as forms of mediated communication and as art forms involving communication and aesthetic principles. Emphasis on the feature length theatrical fiction film.

Note: This course meets 3 hours of WVU LSP, Cluster A requirements or it can be used to meet the Eberly College of Arts & Sciences Fine Arts requirement. Note also that it cannot be used to meet both as the college requirement is in addition to Cluster A.
