We hope you have had a great winter break and are looking forward to the spring semester. We have had some changes in our department over the summer so you will see some new faculty here teaching Comm 102.
The Comm 102 faculty members including Elizabeth Oppe and Jennifer Knapp. Jennifer Knapp is the course administrator so feel free to contact her if you have any problems or questions.
In each Comm 102 class, there are approximately 180-200 students so we all work together to make this course run smoothly. There are undergraduate teaching assistants for each section of Comm 102. There is also a graduate teaching assistant (GTA) for each section of Comm 102. This is the person who is in charge of the gradebook and the grading of papers. The course administrator is in charge of all testing information so if you have any problems or questions about your tests, Jennifer is the person to see. We know that all of these different people working with the class can be confusing so feel free to ask questions!
