Conference Brochure and Registration Information
Steps to register for the conference:
- Early Bird Discount Form: If you plan to register for the conference between the dates of 12/01/09 and 03/31/10, you apply for the Early Bird Registration discount. There is a separate form to fill out for the discount that qualifies you for the discount, but DOES NOT register you for the conference itself. You still need to go to step 2 to register for the conference.
