Ann d'Auteuil Bartolo
is a lecturer in sociology at West Virginia University. She received her M.A. in Criminal
Justice from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. she has twenty years experience working
with the Bureau of Prisons. Ms. Bartolo teaches special topic courses titled female
offenders and prisons and incarcerations
