Important Dates & Information
DECEMBER 2009 GRADUATION
- Tuesday, September 9, 2009 NOON Applications for Graduation due at ECAS
- Friday, November 6, 2009 NOON Shuttle Sheet REQUEST Form and plan of study due at ECAS
- Wednesday, November 18, 2009 NOON Thesis defence should be completed prior to this date. Shuttle Sheet must be signed and return to SocA representative. Signed Shuttle Sheet will be sent to ECAS.
- Friday, December 4, 2009 Final date for all ECAS paperwork is due to be eligible for December graduation this includes grade modification forms.
- Friday, December 11 , 2009 ECAS Library deadline for theses (EDT)
Graduation forms are available at the ECAS website and deadline dates are final. Forms must be typed and printed. Obtain signatures and submit originals to Loretta Price. Please allow ample time for delivery to ECAS.
The $39.00 graduation fee is payable at Student Accounts. If this fee was previously paid students must notify student accounts of the new graduation date.
