Fundraising

 

The Tau chapter of Phi Lambda Upsilon has a number of fundraising events in order to fund events like the Clark Lectures.  Fundraising includes the sale of WVU Chemistry T-shirts, selling of exams and practice problem sets, and selling of composition books used in departmental laboratory courses. 

There are a number of chemistry courses at WVU for which PLU sells practice problems and exams.  Chem 111, Chem 115, Chem 116, Chem 233, and Chem 234 all have packets of practice exams and practice problems.  A study guide for Chem 233 can also be purchased.  Exams are usually sold during the first week of each semester outside of classrooms and laboratory rooms.

Composition books are also offered for sale outside of classrooms and laboratories during the first week of each semester.  These books are used in a variety of lab classes including organic and analytical laboratory.
