Sophie and Devin are in team Clemenceau, more on Clemenceau later. If you've not heard, he led France to victory over Germany in WWI. More importantly (if you can believe it), he was a major force in moving France permanently to being a democratic republic. Vendée has forces on both sides of that question. No force greater than Clemenceau, though.
