The Valley of the Loire... and the Lion

This part of France is famous for many special products, but one above all -- mushrooms.  Inside this cave, most all our dishes are based on mushrooms that are grown right here.  Now I grew up loving nothing better than "Campbell's Mushroom Soup".   I didn't know any one could think different about this delicacy (and here there's another art to this cuisine).  Eileen, though, has never liked or eaten a mushroom or a dish so derived.  She is a marvel today, and no one is more impressed than Dr. V. and me.
