The Longest Lunch...

Now when we get the chance, this is really good food.  This is our "Koulibiac de saumon au coulis de betteraves".  Ask not more than to know it's salmon specially cooked in a tasty crust served with a light beat sauce and a touch of a side salad.  It really is good.
