Blue Skies o'er Blackminster

This is the Plage des Dames (the Ladies' Beach) on the bay of the Bois de la Chaize.  Some say the beach got it's name from the ladies, just off the new trains from Paris, who bathed here in the late 19th century.  Others say this is where the lady druidesses danced in celebration of ancient pre-Christian rites in times before history was written.
