Blue Skies o'er Blackminster

In the 19th century (the 1800's) the first locomotives were built leading from Paris to the coast.  This was the birth of tourism as we know it.  Very soon the millionaires of France began building villas on Noirmoutier.  I'm from Georgia, so this place reminds me directly of Jekyll Island where the Rockefellers and Vanderbilts did exactly the same thing.
