Vouvent is not the only town that claims the tower of Mélusine, but there is no doubt to its claim to this beautiful church, among the most charming of Romanesque churches in all of Christendom. Both Aliénor and Mélusine would be proud be called builders of these stones along the waters of southern Vendée. |
