Our Ladies: La Dame, La liberté . . .

Our last lady of May 27, 2004, is another old friend.  Amy Workman came with us on one of our first Vendée trips -- 1999.  She already liked France, but then she loved it.  She came back briefly to WVU to finish her degree and then returned to Les Sables.  Her job there led to work in Grenoble and now in Paris, where she's been for several years now.  She works with a major French purchasing agency that supplies companies like Brookstone, among many others.  She travels throughout Europe in search of that ideal item that will seize your imagination and please your pocketbook.  Nothing brings greater pleasure to a professor than to see a former student so happy in her work -- and so good at it.  In my book, Amy is Our Lady of the Day!
