Did I say I like the rocks? I do, but I also like the fishing port, which for centuries has been the real heart of Les Sables d'Olonne. We've very busy today so these photos are from about 6:30 pm. The sun shines late and bright here, as you can see. Many of the fishing vessels from Les Sables have launched for the night or the fortnight, but a few are still in dock even this late. |
