We've spent the first part of class in the traditional mode of reviewing our
previous experiences and in lectures about what we'll do tomorrow (stay tuned
for a big show). But now we begin the final count-down. Behind the
scenes and all on their own, our WVU-Vendéens have been working on their
individual culture projects. Jessica Geletka is the kind of "beautiful
American" that every one in France adores. She knows wines, knows
cuisine, and now she knows cheese.
