Our day starts in the port of Les Sables this morning. The good ship Sabia carries the emblems of Vendée, and we have no intention of leaving this noble land today. We will, however, leave the land. We're off to one of Vendée's proudest gems -- the Isle of Yeu several miles off the coast of continental Europe.
