The Isle of Noirmoutier

Our second course today is a "canard de Challans" (duck from Challans, the capital of Vendée poultry and one of the most famous in France) along with "pommes de terre de Noirmoutier" (Noirmoutier new potatoes, a specialty of this island, known to have sold in Paris for literally more than their weight in gold).
