The Isle of Noirmoutier

Our first course is "moules marinières" (fresh mussels prepared in a wine and cream sauce that is a specialty of this part of France).  You'll note that Dr. Valérie Lastinger (top, left) has arrived safe and sound to join us on our first Vendée adventure.
