Maggie Salyers is a close neighbor here in Les Sables. She is with our friends the Mariotti family and I have spent the morning on a round of golf with Dr. Bruno Mariotti on the links at the nearby Golf des Olonnes. Maggie and I take a break and walk around Les Sables while the count our scores at the golf course. Here Maggie stands before the great monument in honor of the children of Les Sables who gave their lives in the Great War, 1914-1918.
