Lest we forget . . .

Lunch today is in the Restaurant de la Chabotterie, itself known for one of the better tables of the region.

Our first dish today is "Jambon de Vendée sur salade de mojettes à la vinaigrette de Xérès".  It's basically a special local ham with a kind of bean that is also a specialty of the region.
