Now here's real smooth. Our trip this year has
encountered the same little snags as those in the past. The smooth
comes from the elegance with which our entire group has come through.
The chemistry among our 2001 Vendéens has been especially pleasing throughout it all. Today's little glitch was the menu for lunch. The chef was not able to get a "fresh catch" of the "coquelet" (little rooster) we ordered back on Sunday. He has proposed another of his specialties -- and we could not believe how delicious it was!!! |
