FAQs about the Italian Studies Minor

 

What is it? 

        The Minor in Italian Studies is designed with an interdisciplinary approach that includes the study of language, literarture, culture, civilization, art history, and history of the Italian peninsula as well as of Italians abroad.

 

What does it involve?

        The prerequisite for the minor is ITAL 204.  The course work for the minor consists of 15 credits beyond this prerequisite; a minimum of nine (9) credits must be taken at the upper-division (300-400) level.  Click here to see the checklist (in a new window).
