Pharmaceutical Sales Internship position

Between one and three summer internships available for interested and motivated students in the Morgantown/Charleston areas. Schering‑Plough is a company with a dynamic training program and a passion for success.  Internship begins on/around 5/20/03 and continues until around 8/15.  Intern will go through an enhanced sales training program that will provide the scientific knowledge and sales methods to effectively present specific products in the marketplace. The position will run from May 20‑August 10 (approx.), including initial training, ongoing field training, and also monetary compensation.  To qualify for this tremendous opportunity, the candidate selected must possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, a means of transportation, and a valid drivers’ license.  The position consists of making sales presentations to the medical staff (physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacists, and lay staff) on specific products and managed care information.  All candidates must be currently enrolled in school and plan to return to classes in the fall. This includes both undergraduate and graduate students alike. At the earliest, interviewing will begin on March 12. The potential products that the interns will be selling include CLARINEX, NASONEX, or FORADIL
